My name is Tricia Sims and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, a Certified Reiki Practitioner, and a Holistic Sound Healer.
Yoga: I focus on breath while moving you with intention through the asanas. Modifications are cued throughout the physical practice, and hands-on assists are given only when permission is given. I offer a grounding practice where students can expect a relaxing, calming experience with an emphasis on breath awareness. One-on-one or group classes. Traditional yoga or chair yoga.
Reiki: I use my hands to work with the energy in your body, improving the flow and balance of energy to support healing. These sessions can be offered while the client is laying down or while sitting in a chair, whichever is most comfortable for the client. The client is fully clothed and the healing is done using a hands-off approach. I offer this ancient healing modality in 30 minute or 60 minute sessions.
Mantra Sound Healing: By blending the soothing melodies of mantra music with the resonant vibrations of quartz singing bowls, I craft an immersive experience that promotes relaxation, healing, and spiritual alignment.
