During a session, Tricia uses instruments such as chimes, crystal and metal singing bowls, and other gentle tones to create a supportive soundscape. The vibrations and tones interact with the body and nervous system, helping to quiet mental chatter, ease tension, and encourage a sense of calm and presence.

Sessions are fully received — there’s nothing you need to do except rest and be present as your body and mind respond to the sounds.
